I just read an article in “New York” magazine real estate section that made me laugh out loud.
The article was about buyers not wanting to work with sellers because of items they saw in their homes during showings.
One buyer was “offended” by a loft he looked at that featured wall prints of the seller with famous people. Some of the people he was photographed with were members of a “specific” political party. The policiticans mentioned in the article were not anyone extreme!
The listing agent suggested to his seller that he take the photos down since people may not want to do business with someone who supported some of the individuals in his photos?
Buying a house is not debating healthcare!
