An interesting article appeared in the Boston Globe.
In my experience the biggest complaint hands down in “community living”, is children. The baby cries too loud, the toddlers are toddling around to much above me, the children are playing ball outside too loudly etc etc.
This issue is a little personal for me as I am a parent. It is actually illegal to even disclose if children live in the property to prospective sellers or tenants.
A fact of community living (unless its a designated older persons property) is that children will be present. New borns cry and toddlers toddle, and young children love to run and play.
This ruling sets a new tone that children will allowed to simply be children.
