Happy 2016

Its been years since I have written on this blog.  It seems fitting now that I have a new website.

I had a lot more free time then but since my last post I have had two amazing little boys.  Aaron and Andrew.  Between them, work and being a single mom it’s busy.

I also think some of the older material is relevant now.

After a summer hiatus the North Shore Rental Property Association is back in session. 
 
OCTOBER 15, 2012 is our fall kickoff meeting

NORTH SHORE RENTAL PROPERTY ASSOCIATION

Agenda: Tenant screening. Discussion led by Attorney Phillip Mann, round table forum.  Sharing of resources, legal pitfalls to avoids, with versed and novice landlords. 
 
Halloween Scare. Share your scariest tenant experiences & or super natural experiences to ring in the Halloween season.
 
Trash talk.  Discussion and opinion on proposed trash ordinances in Lynn and surrounding communities. 
 
The NSRPA is an educational nonprofit that provides support and services to property owners all along the North Shore.  Anyone is welcome to attend our events! New and old landlords, service professionals are some of our past guests.
